Help / The Dashboard / Sort projects on the board

Sort projects on the board

Drag each project card to a column, to say where the project is.

The board is a set of columns. At first, the columns are Ideas, Arranging, Mixing, Mastering and Awaiting release. Two more, Finished and Abandoned, sit below the board.

Steps

  1. Open the Dashboard. It is the first tab.
  2. Drag a card to a column.

When it worked

The card shows in the column you chose.

Change the board

  • “Group by” has two buttons, “Status” and “Tag”.
  • “Sort cards” lets you sort by Manual, Priority, Alphabetical or Last updated. This is saved on this computer only.
  • “Filter by tag” shows only the projects with one tag.
  • “Add column” makes a new column. A board can hold 16 columns.

Each column has a menu. It lets you rename the column, change its color, hide it, or move it. Choose “Remove column…” to take a column away. The projects in it move to a column you pick. Nothing is deleted.
